Bookings
A 'booking' means any order for our products or services on this site that is accepted by us.
Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when a confirmation email is sent to you.
There is no agent involved in this booking process, the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.
Refunds & Cancellations
For cancellations made before 12 noon 48 hours prior to check in, no charges will be made.
For cancellations made after 12 noon 48 hours prior to check in, a charge of the first night’s stay in full will be made to the card details provided on booking.
To make a cancellation, you will be required to call us on 01628 622948.
Payment
Card details are taken as a guarantee only, payment is due on arrival at the hotel.
WE DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT UNTIL GUEST ARRIVES “Card details are taken as a guarantee only, payment is due on arrival”.
